Grand Rapids, MI | Full-time | Website: Advanced Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Studio
We are a state-of-the-art oral surgery practice where exceptional patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence are top priorities. We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy surgical environment and is ready to jump in and contribute.
Previous oral surgery experience is highly desirable.
This is a hands-on role. Our surgical assistants are expected to anticipate the needs of our surgeons and teammates, move efficiently between patients and procedures, and step in wherever needed. While our office moves quickly, our surgical and anesthesia environment is highly organized, precise, and protocol-driven. Attention to detail and patient safety are critical.
We are looking for someone who is engaged, ambitious, and eager to learn. During training, we expect team members to take notes, ask questions, retain information, and apply what they learn. We want someone who doesn't wait to be directed; they glove up, get involved, ask questions, anticipate the next step, speak up, and offer help.
